Cuttlefish


Sometimes called sepia, cuttlefish are cephalopods related to squid. The taste is similar, but cuttlefish have a more delicate flavor and a slightly firmer texture. Like squid, cuttlefish adapt well to many applications and flavor profiles.

Our cuttlefish are fully cleaned and ready to cut, score and cook. Their large size, especially the length and width of the mantle, expands their culinary potential.

Available in two sizes: 1.7-2.6 lbs. & 3-4.2 lbs.
